Proof, not promises
We don't just tutor. We prove progress.
Every session is documented. Every week adds a data point; every month, a formal assessment. When the line climbs from C towards A, it is not a feeling — it is on the chart.

Vivian — Consistently solving HL problems unaided; exam pace now on target. Next cycle: past-paper drilling ahead of mocks.

The Process
The route to an offer, mapped years ahead.
Great offers are not won in application season — they are built over years of deliberate work. This is the journey we walk with every family, stage by stage.
Four stages
From first meeting to final decision.
No. 01 · Discover — the first month
Profile & direction
We start by understanding exactly where your child stands — academically and personally — and where they could realistically go.
Full academic audit and diagnostic assessment
Goal-setting with the student and the family together
Mentor matching by subject, temperament and ambition
A realistic first target list across the UK, US, Hong Kong and beyond
No. 02 · Build — the long middle
Grades & story
The quiet years that decide everything: predicted grades pushed upward cycle by cycle, alongside the portfolio and activities that make a file memorable.
Weekly mentoring, measured on the Growth Track
Predicted grades raised cycle by cycle, with evidence
Activities, competitions and portfolio built deliberately
Bi-weekly strategy reviews keep the family in the loop
No. 03 · Apply — the final year
Essays & interviews
When application season arrives, nothing is improvised. Every document is coached line by line, and every interview rehearsed with someone who has sat on the other side of the table.
Personal statements and admissions essays, drafted and refined together
Interview rehearsal with mentors from the target universities
Deadlines managed across UCAS, Common App and JUPAS
Predicted grades and references coordinated with school
No. 04 · Decide — offer season
Offers & choice
The final weeks should feel calm, not chaotic. We weigh every offer with the family and make the decision that fits the student — not the ranking table.
Offers weighed calmly against goals, fit and finances
Scholarships pursued where the profile allows
A confident final decision, made together
Handover support before university begins
Inside every stage
A rhythm built for real progress.
Within every stage runs the same three-month cycle: weekly session reports, bi-weekly strategy reviews and a monthly progress assurance. Growth is measured week by week — never assumed.
12data points per cycle — one every week

Inside the Platform
One platform. Complete transparency.
Everything we promise runs on one system — mentors log every session, directors oversee quality, and parents see the same charts we do. Step inside and try each view.
Three views, one truth
See what every family, mentor and director sees.
For parents
Follow your child's growth in real time — the Growth Track, session reports and monthly assurance, all in one place.
For mentors
Log a full session report in five minutes — which is why the parent's view is always up to date.
For directors
Oversee quality across every student and mentor — progress, NPS and escalations at a glance.
Families on the record
What transparency feels like.
“
The weekly reports changed everything. Tutoring stopped being a black box — I finally knew what I was paying for.
— Parent of an IB Year 2 student (illustrative)
“
When the line dipped in week two, they told us before we asked — and fixed it by week four. That honesty is why we stayed.

Your child's chart starts at the first session.
About Education Royale
Shaping students of real influence.
Founded in Hong Kong, Education Royale pairs internationally minded families with mentors who have made the journey themselves — through the mastery of the skills and perspective that matter.
Our founder
Built on one promise: growth you can see.
Our founder started Education Royale because high-end tutoring in Hong Kong had a transparency problem: families paid premium fees and received vague reassurance. She built a different model — every session documented, every cycle reported, every mentor measured — so that trust is earned with evidence, not adjectives.
Today, she and her team guide students across the IB, A-Levels, the HKDSE and the US route — from the first target list to the final offer.

Courage & Trust
We lead with vision and candour, helping students move through challenge toward lasting success.
Empowerment
We turn ideas into action, expanding what each student believes is possible.
Collaboration
We work shoulder to shoulder with families and a trusted team.
Excellence × Integrity
We hold to objective, professional standards and deliver real impact.
Her team
Mentors who have made the journey themselves.
Every mentor is a graduate of the universities our students aim for — and we prioritise pairing your child with a tutor from a similar background: same school system, same route, same pressures.

Our promise
Growth you can see
From the very first cycle, you will see your child's progress on a chart — measured week by week, never assumed.
Privacy Notice
Your family's data, handled with care.
We only collect what we need to help your child, we tell you exactly how we use it, and we never sell it. This notice explains how we handle personal data under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
Last updated · July 2026 · Illustrative for this prototype
What we collect
When you request a consultation, we collect the details you enter in the form: the parent's name and contact number, and — only if you choose to provide them — an email address, the student's name, school year, curriculum, and any message you write. We do not ask for, or require, any sensitive information.
How we use it
We use these details for one purpose: to contact you and arrange your free consultation. We do not use them for marketing lists, profiling, or automated decisions, and we will never sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who can see it
Only Education Royale's consultation team sees your enquiry. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a third-party form service, which acts solely as a processor to pass your message on — it does not use your data for its own purposes. Data may be transmitted through servers outside Hong Kong purely to deliver the email.
Children's data
A student's name is optional and, where provided, is given by a parent or guardian. We treat any information relating to a child with particular care and use it only to prepare for and deliver the consultation.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our work together. If you do not proceed, we delete your enquiry within a reasonable period.
Your rights
Under the PDPO you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make any of these requests, just contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.
