Proof, not promises
Elite education to you, from home — every session documented, every week measured, and a full report in your hands every cycle.
Figures shown are illustrative for this prototype.
How we measure
Every student runs on a three-month Growth Track. Each week adds a data point from the session report; each month, a gold marker records the formal assessment. When the line climbs from C towards A, it is not a feeling — it is on the chart.
Every three months
You never have to ask how it's going. Every three months a full progress report reaches you — timed so it lands just before exam review, when it matters most.
Door-to-door · A humanistic approach
Data proves the progress — but people make it happen. We focus on human connection, and we bring it to your door.
Every month
Between the big reports, the rhythm never stops — every month closes with a review, so nothing drifts.
A real conversation with the consultant who knows your child — fostering the teacher–parent connection, not a black box.
A formal review marked in gold on the chart — Mo. 1, Mo. 2, Mo. 3 — so every cycle has three checkpoints.
Each cycle closes with a structured review session timed right before exams — when it matters most.
Pathways
Pathway planning, personal statements and admissions essays, interview rehearsal and scholarship strategy — for the UK, US, Hong Kong and beyond.
DP, CP and MYP mentoring across HL and SL subjects, TOK, Extended Essay and Internal Assessments.
Cambridge and Edexcel syllabuses taught to mastery, with past-paper drilling and predicted-grade strategy.
Core and elective subjects with mock papers, exam technique and written progress reports every cycle.
Standardised-test preparation and AP subject coaching for applications to North American universities.
From trilingual kindergarten classes to primary and junior-secondary support — the long runway before the sprint.
By the time the offer arrived, it almost felt inevitable — we had watched the progress, week by week, for two years.— Parent of an Oxford offer-holder, Hong Kong (illustrative)
Services
Education consulting, tutoring & mentoring, and essay editing — whatever your child needs, it runs on the same promise: growth you can see, guided by people who have made the journey themselves.
Service 01
A named consultant guiding your family from the first target list to the final decision — school strategy, university pathways, and honest advice at every fork in the road.
Services 02 · 03
Subject mentoring across every curriculum — measured on the Growth Track, week by week.
The words that carry an application — refined together, line by line.
Tell us what you want — a free consultation maps the right combination for your child, honestly and with no obligation.
How every service is run
A structured five-minute report from your mentor — objective, progress, struggles and the plan for next time.
Strategy refined against the data: pace, difficulty and focus adjusted before small issues become big ones.
A written assessment against your child's targets, with a clear recommendation for the month ahead.
The Process
Great offers are not won in application season — they are built over years of deliberate work. This is the journey we walk with every family, stage by stage.
Four stages
We start by understanding exactly where your child stands — academically and personally — and where they could realistically go.
The quiet years that decide everything: predicted grades pushed upward cycle by cycle, alongside the portfolio and activities that make a file memorable.
When application season arrives, nothing is improvised. Every document is coached line by line, and every interview rehearsed with someone who has sat on the other side of the table.
The final weeks should feel calm, not chaotic. We weigh every offer with the family and make the decision that fits the student — not the ranking table.
Inside every stage
Within every stage runs the same three-month cycle: weekly session reports, bi-weekly strategy reviews and a monthly progress assurance. Growth is measured week by week — never assumed.
Cycle structure shown; figures illustrative.
Inside the Platform
Admissions strategy and elite academic mentoring for IB, A-Level and DSE students — guided by mentors who have made the journey themselves, and measured at every step. Step inside and try each view.
Three views, one truth
Follow your child's growth in real time — the Growth Track, session reports and monthly assurance, all in one place.
Log a full session report in five minutes — which is why the parent's view is always up to date.
Oversee quality across every student and mentor — progress, NPS and escalations at a glance.
Families on the record
The weekly reports changed everything. Tutoring stopped being a black box — I finally knew what I was paying for.— Parent of an IB Year 2 student (illustrative)
When the line dipped in week two, they told us before we asked — and fixed it by week four. That honesty is why we stayed.— Parent of an HKDSE student (illustrative)
About Education Royale
Founded in Hong Kong, Education Royale pairs internationally minded families with mentors who have made the journey themselves — through the mastery of the skills and perspective that matter.
Our founder
Our founder started Education Royale because high-end tutoring in Hong Kong had a transparency problem: families paid premium fees and received vague reassurance. She built a different model — every session documented, every cycle reported, every mentor measured — so that trust is earned with evidence, not adjectives.
Today, she and her team guide students across the IB, A-Levels, the HKDSE and the US route — from the first target list to the final offer.

What we stand for
We lead with vision and candour, helping students move through challenge toward lasting success.
We turn ideas into action, expanding what each student believes is possible.
We work shoulder to shoulder with families and a trusted team.
We hold to objective, professional standards and deliver real impact.
Her team
Every mentor is a graduate of the universities our students aim for — and we prioritise pairing your child with a tutor from a similar background: same school system, same route, same pressures.
BSc Mathematics · Imperial College London
Mathematics & IB specialist. Known for making calculus feel inevitable — NPS 9.4 across three years of families.
MPhys Physics · University of Oxford
Physics & SAT mentor. Interviewed at Oxford twice — once as a candidate, now as the rehearsal partner.
BSc Economics · London School of Economics
Economics mentor and admissions-essay coach. Line-by-line editor of forty successful personal statements.

Currently C+ → Projected A− (illustrative)
Vivian — Noticeably stronger grasp of limits today; now solving mid-difficulty problems independently. To strengthen: intuition for infinite limits. Next session reinforces this visually.
Vivian — Connected derivatives to real-world contexts; high engagement, homework well done.
Vivian — Fundamentals solid; moving into HL material. Adding timed practice to build exam pace.
Progress is on track and confidence is rising steadily. We recommend keeping the weekly rhythm and adding a mock assessment next month to prepare for IB.
