How we measure

Growth you can see, week by week.

Every student runs on a three-month Growth Track. Each week adds a data point from the session report; each month, a gold marker records the formal assessment. When the line climbs from C towards A, you can see it happen on the chart.

  • Twelve weekly data points per cycle, straight from session reports
  • Monthly assessments marked in gold: Mo. 1, Mo. 2, Mo. 3
  • Dips are caught early and corrected within the cycle
  • Parents see the same chart we do. Complete transparency
Growth Track · C → ASample student

Every three months

A written report every cycle, right before exam review.

You never have to ask how it's going. Every three months a full progress report reaches you, timed to land just before exam review, when it matters most.

  • Scores, engagement and confidence: the same data we see
  • Your mentor's honest written assessment
  • The plan for the cycle ahead, agreed with you
  • Delivered every 3 months, and always before exams

How every service is run

One standard of rigour, whatever the service.

After every session

Weekly session reports

A structured five-minute report from your mentor: objective, progress, struggles and the plan for next time.

Every two weeks

Bi-weekly strategy reviews

Strategy refined against the data: pace, difficulty and focus adjusted before small issues become big ones.

Every month

Monthly progress assurance

A written assessment against your child's targets, with a clear recommendation for the month ahead.

Find the right service for your child.

The Process

The route to an offer, mapped years ahead.

Great offers are not won in application season. They are built over years of deliberate work. This is the journey we walk with every family, stage by stage.

Five steps

From first conversation to final decision.

Step 1 · Consulting · where every family starts

Tell us what you want

A free consultation with a programme consultant: your goals, an honest read on where your child stands, and the right combination of services before anything is committed.

  • Free 30-minute conversation, at your home or online
  • An honest read, including what you don't need
  • A recommended plan: subjects, mentor match and cadence
Step 2 · Discover · the first month

Profile & direction

We start by understanding exactly where your child stands, academically and personally, and where they could realistically go.

  • Full academic audit and diagnostic assessment
  • Goal-setting with the student and the family together
  • Mentor matching by subject, temperament and ambition
  • A realistic first target list across the UK, US, Hong Kong and beyond
Step 3 · Build · the long middle

Grades & story

The quiet years that decide everything: predicted grades pushed upward cycle by cycle, alongside the portfolio and activities that make a file memorable.

  • Weekly mentoring, measured on the Growth Track
  • Predicted grades raised cycle by cycle, with evidence
  • Activities, competitions and portfolio built deliberately
  • Bi-weekly strategy reviews keep the family in the loop
Step 4 · Apply · the final year

Essays & interviews

When application season arrives, nothing is improvised. Every document is coached line by line, and every interview rehearsed with someone who has sat on the other side of the table.

  • Personal statements and admissions essays, drafted and refined together
  • Interview rehearsal with mentors from the target universities
  • Deadlines managed across UCAS, Common App and JUPAS
  • Predicted grades and references coordinated with school
Step 5 · Decide · offer season

Offers & choice

The final weeks should feel calm, not chaotic. We weigh every offer with the family and make the decision that fits the student, not the ranking table.

  • Offers weighed calmly against goals, fit and finances
  • Scholarships pursued where the profile allows
  • A confident final decision, made together
  • Handover support before university begins

About Education Royale

Shaping students of real influence.

Founded in Hong Kong, Education Royale pairs internationally minded families with mentors who have made the journey themselves, through the mastery of the skills and perspective that matter.

Our founder

Built on one promise: growth you can see.

Our founder started Education Royale because high-end tutoring in Hong Kong had a transparency problem: families paid premium fees and received vague reassurance. She built a different model, with every session documented, every cycle reported and every mentor measured, so trust is earned with evidence rather than adjectives.

Today, she and her team guide students across the IB, A-Levels, the HKDSE and the US route, from the first target list to the final offer.
